Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • Makanti adheres to all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We expect all affiliates and members to act in full compliance with these laws and to avoid any activities that could be construed as money laundering or related financial crimes.

  • Identification Verification: All affiliates and members must complete Makanti’s KYC process, providing valid identification and any necessary documentation to verify their identity.
  • Ongoing Monitoring: Makanti reserves the right to monitor and verify affiliates and members periodically to ensure compliance with KYC requirements, including updates in personal information.

Prohibited Activities

  • Money Laundering: Affiliates and members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of money laundering, including using funds obtained from illegal activities, structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements, or facilitating any process to conceal the origins of illicit funds.

  • Continuous Awareness: Makanti encourages affiliates and members to stay informed about AML requirements and to exercise vigilance in their activities to prevent money laundering risks.

Non-Compliance and Disciplinary Action

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Zero Tolerance: Makanti enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for non-compliance with AML regulations. Any affiliates or members found to be involved in money laundering or related activities will face immediate suspension or termination.
  • Reporting to Authorities: Where required by law, Makanti will report any suspicious activity or potential violations to relevant financial and regulatory authorities, in addition to taking internal disciplinary action.

Policy Updates

  • This AML Policy is subject to periodic review and updates. Makanti will communicate significant changes to affiliates and members to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By participating in Makanti’s network marketing program, affiliates and members agree to comply with this Anti-Money Laundering Policy and cooperate fully with all related protocols, procedures, and requests. Non-compliance with this policy could result in termination of the business relationship and may have legal consequences.
