By joining Makanti’s network marketing program, each new member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

• Personal Responsibility: New members join Makanti’s network marketing program at their own discretion and take full responsibility for their decision to participate.
• Voluntary Purchases: All purchases of Makanti products or services are made voluntarily by the member, who intends to use these products and/or services based on their personal needs or interests.
• Employment Status: Members affirm that they are either self-employed or have obtained any necessary approvals from their employer to participate in Makanti’s affiliate program. Members are responsible for ensuring compliance with any workplace policies or restrictions related to affiliate marketing and promotion of products.
• Non-Governmental and Non-Restricted Employment: Members confirm they are not employed in roles that prohibit participation in affiliate or network marketing, such as government employees, military personnel, police, or any other profession with policies restricting direct selling or network marketing activities.
• Understanding of Network Marketing: Members confirm they have independently researched network marketing and fully understand that it is not a "get rich quick" scheme. Success requires effort, commitment, and is not guaranteed.
• Voluntary Participation: Members join Makanti’s program willingly and without any pre-existing promises or guarantees of income, rewards, or other benefits beyond what is described in Makanti’s official materials.

By joining, members agree to all terms and acknowledge that participation in Makanti’s program is at their own discretion and responsibility.
