This Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Makanti ("Seller") and the individual or entity identified in the order ("Buyer"). By placing an order with Makanti, Buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Purchase of Products/Services
- Product Description: The Buyer agrees to purchase the products/Services listed in the order confirmation from the Seller, which are described on the Seller’s e-commerce website.
- Price: The purchase price for the products/Services is as listed on the Seller’s website at the time the order is placed, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Terms: The Seller agrees to ship the purchased products to the address provided by the Buyer. Shipping costs, times, and methods are determined by the Seller and will be specified at the time of purchase.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for the products pass to the Buyer upon the Seller’s delivery of the products to the carrier. The Seller is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
- Delivery Time: The Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on the location of the Buyer and other external factors beyond the Seller’s control.
Return and Refund Policy
- Return Conditions: The Buyer may return purchased products/Services in accordance with the Seller’s Return Policy, which can be found on the Seller's website. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will refund the purchase price, less any applicable restocking fees, to the Buyer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In addition to an admin fees will be applied.
- Exchanges: The Seller may allow exchanges of products/services, depending on stock availability and product condition, as outlined in the Seller's Exchange Policy.
Independent Representative (IR) Purchases
- Direct Selling program: If the Buyer is a registered member of the direct selling program under the Seller’s network marketing program, all purchases made by the member will be subject to the Seller’s compensation plan, as outlined in the Seller's Policies and Procedures.
- Earnings Disclaimer: The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the income or rewards earned by the member through the purchase and sale of products. Earnings depend on individual effort and performance.
Product Warranty
- Warranty Coverage: The Seller offers a limited warranty on certain products, as detailed on the product description page. The Seller will replace or repair defective products within the warranty period.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage caused by the Buyer, or unauthorized repairs or alterations.
Prohibited Conduct
- The Buyer agrees not to resell or distribute the purchased products/services in any manner that violates the Seller’s Policies and Procedures, including but not limited to unauthorized use of the Seller’s trademarks, logos, or intellectual property.
- The Buyer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use and sale of the products.
Limitation of Liability
- No Liability for Indirect Damages: The Seller will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to the purchase, sale, or use of the products.
- Maximum Liability: The Seller’s total liability under this Agreement is limited to the purchase price of the products/services.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in UAE Courts, as per the rules of the applicable arbitration body.
Entire Agreement This Agreement, along with any additional terms provided on the Seller’s website (including Policies and Procedures), constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the purchase of the products. Any changes or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
